Most pedalboard companies will not build a custom sized board for you. Many pedalboard companies don't fabricate their boards in the country, much less in their own shops. They have other fabrication shops build their boards...many companies even have their boards built at the same shops as their "competitors". So, they really don't have the ability to design and fabricate the custom board you need. Also, their bottom line won't allow them to invest that time for a single sale and the process would have to pass through too many hands and companies to get from your idea to a finished product. Not at TwInTT Pedalboards! We are a boutique pedalboard company that does all design and fabrication in house. We are happy and excited to invest our time for a single sale!

We can build you a custom sized pedalboard. We can even do custom designs too. You can send a hand sketch on a napkin etc. and we can communicate and collaborate to make sure we build what you are looking for. We have welding capabilities for aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel. We have water jet cutting and bending capabilities as well as AutoCad Inventor 3D modeling capabilities for the design.

One caveat...I would always want to keep the hexagon shape for the cutouts, that TwInTT Pedalboards is known for.

Quote with pricing, design and estimated lead time would be given before fabrication. Approval of the quote and design will be required in writing and payment will be required before fabrication. There is a lot of leg work when it comes to custom designs as far as new drawings, materials etc., so pricing will be higher than similar sized mass produced boards that you may see elsewhere...but you'll have the board exactly how you like!
